Marcus Morris Selected No. 15 Overall in 2011 NBA Mock Draft The Pacers are busy crossing their fingers that Jimmer Fredette slides their way. That is still a very possible scenario. There is no doubting that the Jazz and Suns have their eyes on the same player. That leaves the Pacers to answer another need. They need a big man that can contribute to the team next season. The Pacers showed they are ready to take the next step in building a perennial playoff team. They just need a stout four. MUST READ: 2011 NBA Mock Draft: Projecting All 1st and 2nd Round Picks Morris is game ready. He is tough and energetic on the block. Morris has a good perimeter shot, but that is not what will sell Indiana. Morris has a hunger for rebounds. For the time being, that will be enough for the Pacers. Eventually, Morris will be holding down the power forward position for the Pacers with quiet efficiency. Imagine a quiet big that goes about his job and has 15-10 NBA ability. That is Marcus Morris. —Gabe Zaldivar For more 2011 NBA Draft coverage, stay tuned to Bleacher Report for updated NBA mock drafts, B/R's Big Board of Recruits, NBA Draft rumors, NBA Draft results and draft grades. 1.
